Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex n-tier web applications and integrated systems. You will own the full lifecycle from systems design and configuration to deployment and performance tuning for large-scale applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, maintainable n-tier web applications using C# and ASP.NET/MVC.
• Implement secure Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message queue processing.
• Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions within Oracle environments.
• Translate business requirements into formal technical documentation and application logic.
• Ensure application compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and HIPAA PHI security standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a lead developer managing systems design and preventative maintenance.
• 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.NET/MVC.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle 11G or higher, including SQL and PL/SQL optimization.
• 8+ years of experience creating formal technical documentation from business requirements.
• 8+ years of experience with SOA, including WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and Enterprise Service Bus integration.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using .NET Core and MVC.
• 3+ years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 3+ years of experience designing applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and single-responsibility principles.
