You will manage operational issues and develop long-term systemic fixes for drone software and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming operational tickets.
• Identify root causes and assess the impact of system failures.
• Investigate drone logs to diagnose software anomalies and failures.
• Develop scripts and validators to integrate into the data pipeline.
• Implement permanent systemic fixes rather than temporary patches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with C++.
• Ability to build scripts and tools for data validation.
• Strong expertise in diagnosing software and system behavior through log analysis.
• Understanding of the AI pipeline and methods to verify the correctness of AI outputs.
• Proven troubleshooting mindset.
