Description

You will lead project management, scheduling, and risk analysis for complex engineering programs, owning integration from inception through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, and lead time requirements for complex projects and change-driven activities.
• Lead trend, variance, and impact studies to determine constraints and refine business cases.
• Identify risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Facilitate the integration of best-practice scheduling processes and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Evolving the Agile work management framework and toolkit to transform work management systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience in automation or similar industries.
• Strong proficiency in data management and analysis using Tableau, Excel, and Access.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating with engineering, production, and supplier management.
• Ability to resolve cross-functional technical issues and drive reporting from management tools.
• Experience with requirements management processes, risk, issue, and opportunity management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools for scheduling and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks and JIRA.
