Description

You will own the administration and optimization of Internal Audit and GRC platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize GRC platforms, leading enhancements and feature adoption.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and controls to maintain data integrity and segregation of duties.
• Design, maintain, and optimize workflows, templates, dashboards, integrations, and reports for audit processes.
• Partner with Internal Audit, IT, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams on system integration.
• Monitor system performance and usage to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator supporting GRC or Internal Audit platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IT Audit, Internal Audit, GRC system administration, or audit technology governance.
• Proven ability to translate audit, risk, and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with AuditBoard, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or similar enterprise audit/GRC platforms.
• Ability to design and configure complex system workflows and configurations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with system lifecycle management, access controls, and internal control frameworks.
• Clear written and verbal communication for change management and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC.
• Experience with Archer.
