Description

You will manage core infrastructure, application monitoring, and middleware environments to ensure system stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time application and infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
• Respond to system alerts and resolve incidents via ServiceNow, following ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Troubleshoot and maintain WebLogic and WebSphere middleware environments.
• Write and maintain Shell and Python scripts for automation and issue resolution.
• Provide proactive support for digital channel availability and manage virtualization platforms including VMWare and HyperV.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant systems engineering or Windows system administration experience.
• Proficiency in Shell and Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic and WebSphere middleware.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMWare and HyperV.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
• Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
