Description

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoint solutions in a hands-on capacity.

Plan and execute installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network, software, and hardware components. Act as the primary problem owner for IT system faults, coordinating with internal staff and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently. Perform monthly patching for Windows servers and laptops while maintaining current infrastructure software and firmware levels. Monitor daily system backups and respond promptly to server and network alerts. Develop and document departmental procedures, installation guides, and standard work instructions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent enterprise IT support experience covering network, server, workstation, and application support.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Windows Servers (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with VMware ESX configuration and administration.
• Experience with network troubleshooting using Juniper or Fortinet solutions.
• Knowledge of remote access technologies such as FortiClient VPN.
• Experience administering backup and monitoring tools like Veeam and PRTG.
• Proficiency using ticketing systems such as Remedy, Magic, ServiceNow, Jira, or SolarWinds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-class WiFi networking using Juniper MIST.
• General support experience with Mac operating systems.
