Description

You will manage and maintain core IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and SaaS integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent projects to expand infrastructure functionality or resolve technical issues.
• Manage daily monitoring and maintenance of servers, networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Collaborate with the Help Desk to resolve incidents and maintain service standards.
• Report on network performance, incident trends, and project status to IT Management.
• Develop, document, and conduct training for operational procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience across network, server, and workstation environments.
• 2+ years building and maintaining Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX configuration and administration.
• Network troubleshooting skills using Juniper or Fortinet solutions.
• Experience with remote access technologies such as FortiClient VPN.
• Administration of backup and monitoring tools like Veeam and PRTG.
• Deployment of workstation security including BitLocker, Proofpoint, Virtru, or CrowdStrike.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-class WiFi networking using Juniper MIST.
• Mac support experience and familiarity with Linux-based operating systems.
