Good to Have Skills: Experience with Morpheus or similar cloud/platform orchestration tools, observability and monitoring tools, knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance automation, ITIL certification, TCP/IP, DNS, scripting and API integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage infrastructure platforms across compute, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
• Drive standardization and scalability of systems through automation-first approach and Infrastructure-as-Code implementation.
• Develop automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, and APIs to reduce manual operations.
• Support hybrid platforms combining on-premises infrastructure with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Enable self-service provisioning and implement cloud governance policies for hybrid infrastructure management.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning to identify bottlenecks.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent engineering fixes rather than temporary workarounds.
• Support change and release activities with automation and shift from ticket-based handling to engineering-driven resolution.
• Implement orchestration workflows and provide L2/L3 network support for internal network infrastructure management.

Experience Required: 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, Operations, or Systems Engineering with hands-on experience in automation tools and cloud platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
