Description

You will design, deploy, and manage converged infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco UCS infrastructure, including blade/rack servers, Fabric Interconnects, Intersight, and UCS Manager.
• Administer VMware vSphere environments, covering vCenter, ESXi, and vMotion.
• Develop and maintain automation tools using PowerCLI and Python to streamline provisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues in the converged infrastructure environment.
• Partner with networking, storage, and security teams for technology integration and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and scripting within a converged infrastructure background.
• Deep technical skill in managing and troubleshooting Cisco UCS architecture.
• Proficiency in managing VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi).
• Proficiency writing and implementing automation scripts using PowerCLI or Python.
• Advanced skills diagnosing intricate issues in virtualized and converged production environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, routing) and storage concepts (iSCSI, Fibre Channel).
• Experience enforcing security best practices within virtualized systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pure Storage solutions.
• Participation in on-call rotation for production support.
