Description
Apply deep learning expertise to primary analysis, software development, and life science initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with primary analysis teams, software developers, and life science specialists to integrate deep learning models.
- Develop and implement solutions within Linux environments.
- Apply mathematical and statistical methods to solve complex computational problems.
- Write and maintain code using object-oriented programming principles.
Required Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Theano, Torch, or DL4J.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Experience with Next-Gen Sequencing.
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and Statistics.
- Expertise in Object-oriented Programming.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Math, Physics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree considered with strong experience).
