Apply deep learning expertise to primary analysis, software development, and life science initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with primary analysis teams, software developers, and life science specialists to integrate deep learning models.
  • Develop and implement solutions within Linux environments.
  • Apply mathematical and statistical methods to solve complex computational problems.
  • Write and maintain code using object-oriented programming principles.

Required Skills

  • Expert-level knowledge of Deep Learning.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Theano, Torch, or DL4J.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
  • Experience with Next-Gen Sequencing.
  • Strong foundation in Mathematics and Statistics.
  • Expertise in Object-oriented Programming.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Math, Physics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree considered with strong experience).
