Description

You will serve as the primary systems partner for Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, and Facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage tools supporting the entire data center asset lifecycle, from racking to decommissioning.
• Configure and administer DCIM systems and IT asset management platforms.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and workflows for rack deployment, infrastructure onboarding, and asset readiness.
• Build internal tools, scripts, reports, and dashboards to track data center status, milestones, and capacity.
• Integrate build-out and commissioning workflows with ongoing operational systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data center systems, infrastructure operations, or IT systems automation.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM or asset management platforms such as Sunbird, Nlyte, or Netbox.
• Proficiency in building custom apps, APIs, and scripts using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of data center workflows including rack deployment, provisioning, and asset tracking.
• Familiarity with data center build-out workflows, commissioning milestones, and asset handoff processes.
• Understanding of power and cooling infrastructure, structured cabling, and telemetry systems.
• Experience supporting global or multi-site data center environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with construction/build-out project management tools like Procore.
