Description

You will design, operate, and secure hybrid enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft and AWS environments to ensure system reliability and scalability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate hybrid Microsoft Entra and AWS environments to meet availability targets.
• Engineer identity and access solutions including SSO, conditional access, and application integrations.
• Administer Windows Server and desktop fleets, managing large IP spaces and VLANs.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and API integrations; execute cloud migrations using runbooks.
• Investigate incidents, restore service, and implement disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT experience operating enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra hybrid, SSO configuration, and application integrations.
• Administration of Microsoft Intune and Defender.
• Management of Windows Server and desktop fleets on-prem and in AWS EC2.
• Network fundamentals including routing, DNS/DHCP, and segmentation.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and Amazon RDS.
• Working knowledge of AWS IAM roles and policies.
• Experience with ticketing and service management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshdesk.

Preferred Skills

• Security operations experience with Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
• Experience authoring enterprise SOPs and conducting technical training.
• PowerShell scripting and GitHub proficiency.
