Description

You will own systems engineering practices across complex product development lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on writing high-quality needs and requirements, improving decomposition and traceability.
• Clarify system boundaries, interfaces, and ownership while facilitating cross-team alignment.
• Support a pilot team using Jama Connect, establishing best practices for requirement structure.
• Deliver focused workshops and 1:1 coaching to introduce practical SE tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics or fast-paced hardware–software integrated products.
• Experience working with Jama Connect.
• Master's degree, Certificate, or INCOSE CSEP/ESEP certification.
• Experience introducing DSM analysis, value modeling, or architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency as a Systems Engineer.
