Description

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity. Manage and maintain core infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP within virtualized environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services to maintain enterprise collaboration and productivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide hands-on support for VMware infrastructure and assist with the transition to Hyper-V.
• Maintain virtualized environments to ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or IT administration.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Hands-on experience with DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of VMware environments.
• Experience supporting or migrating to Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
