Description

You will manage and optimize server environments, cloud services, and enterprise directory services to ensure high availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Architect infrastructure and develop implementation strategies for new services, applications, and hardware.
• Lead capacity planning and design reviews for virtualization and server environments.
• Manage disaster recovery, business continuity solutions, and server backup/recovery procedures.
• Execute server upgrades, software patches, and maintenance fixes in coordination with application teams.
• Monitor system performance, manage web server functions, and respond to escalated technical incidents within SLAs.
• Develop shell scripts, technical documentation, and training materials for systems administration.
• Collaborate with network, database, and management teams to ensure service scalability and compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or similar infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory management.
• Experience with VMware and virtualization capacity planning.
• Hands-on expertise with RedHat environments.
• Scripting skills using PowerShell, VBScript, and Command Shell.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration.
• Understanding of storage technologies including SCSI and RAID.
• Microsoft Certified credentials.
