Description

You will provide operational support, customer engagement, and continual service improvement for the Citrix environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Citrix XenApp and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Manage Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
• Configure and troubleshoot Netscaler Gateways.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktop Engineering (VDI).
• Strong knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop.
• Proficiency with Netscaler Gateways.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Ability to handle PVS and MCS operations.

• Any Graduate degree.
