Description

You will manage the administration, implementation, and security of Microsoft 365 and Entra cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra, and hybrid Azure AD environments including group policies.
• Configure and deploy Microsoft cloud infrastructure, enterprise mobility, and security services.
• Monitor cloud environments for security risks, performance issues, and outages using event logs and risk alerts.
• Implement security controls and maximize M365 security using industry best practices.
• Develop technical documentation adhering to CJIS security guidance and state standards.
• Communicate identified risks to the CIO and IT teams while supporting change management processes.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra and Azure AD administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 service environments and deployment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Defender (ATP, Identity, Office, and Endpoint).
• Experience managing Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for compliance, security, and search & intelligence.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 apps.
• Technical expertise in SharePoint, Stream, Teams, and O365 Exchange.
• Ability to perform routine network maintenance within Microsoft environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Network Security, Computer Science, or Information Systems/Technology Management.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator or Endpoint Admin.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance.
