Description

You will manage the tools and workflows supporting the full data center asset lifecycle, from racking to decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure DCIM systems and IT asset management platforms for global data centers.
• Develop runbooks and workflows for rack deployment, infrastructure onboarding, and asset readiness.
• Build internal tools, scripts, reports, and dashboards to track status, milestones, and capacity.
• Integrate build-out and commissioning workflows with operational systems like asset registries.
• Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure traceability, access control, and audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data center systems, infrastructure operations, or IT systems automation.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM or asset management platforms such as Sunbird, Nlyte, or Netbox.
• Proficiency building custom apps, APIs, and scripts using Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React.
• Deep knowledge of data center workflows, including rack deployment, provisioning, and asset tracking.
• Familiarity with data center build-out workflows, commissioning milestones, and asset handoff processes.
• Understanding of power and cooling infrastructure, structured cabling, and telemetry systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting global or multi-site data center environments.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements for infrastructure traceability.
