Manage and maintain system architecture solutions and enterprise infrastructure for on-site operations in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support projects to meet technical goals and objectives.
• Provide 24x7x365 support and resolution for enterprise hardware and software.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and provide performance metrics for growth planning.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Data Storage management.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for enterprise systems.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• VMware certifications (VCDX, VCAP-DCV, VCTA, or vSAN 2024).
• Pure Storage certifications (Platform Architect Expert, Flash Array Professional, or Migration Specialist).
• Dell Certified PowerEdge or Power Scale certifications.
• VEEAM Certified Engineer (VMCE).
