Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of capture stations and hardware pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure workstations, cameras, sensors, headsets, and networking equipment.
• Execute calibration workflows and monitor device health to ensure session readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve streaming, driver, and configuration issues within camera and sensing pipelines.
• Maintain incident logs, perform root cause analysis, and drive technical issue resolution.
• Coordinate with engineers, program managers, and vendors to validate build changes and manage hardware updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in systems or technical operations.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking and device provisioning.
• Hardware setup and maintenance of workstations and sensors.
• Scripting experience using Python or Bash.
• Strong logistics and operational management for multi-station setups.
• Ability to manage hardware inventory and preventive maintenance schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cameras and sensing devices used in motion capture or VFX/game studios.
• Experience with NeRF.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
