Description

Lead implementation of production networking systems including Andon, PIF, and IoE at North America Body Weld shops.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation projects at NAMCs, managing scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Program Toyopuc and Omron PLCs to support specific production requirements.
• Configure and provide long-term support for servers running Kepware and Client Cimplicity.
• Author technical standards, policies, procedures, memos, and manuals.
• Collaborate with internal Innovation Teams and cross-functional partners to solve technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience deploying industrial network-connected devices.
• Experience with application server setup and configuration.
• Experience in SQL Database operations.
• Proficiency in Toyopuc PLC programming.
• Hands-on experience with Kepware and Client Cimplicity software.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods to support installation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Omron PLC programming and Body Weld experience.
• Knowledge of Python, VB.Net, BCL, or SQL.
• Experience with robotics, industrial controls, and data analytics software like PowerBI or Tableau.
