Description

Lead the design and development of electromechanical, electronics-based, and embedded system products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electromechanical, electronics, and embedded system-based products.
• Direct technical teams through development projects and interface directly with customers.
• Execute complex design tasks and provide technical direction to team members with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure design compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronics product development.
• Expertise in electronics system design, firmware development, and mechanical design.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, MS Project, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards including ISO, UL, and IEC.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
