Description

You will support and administer enterprise Identity and Access Management systems, acting as secondary support to the IAM Subject Matter Expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM platforms, directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP), and authentication services.
• Manage user identity lifecycles, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity services.
• Investigate access-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop automation scripts and document IAM processes to reduce manual intervention.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Administration of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for IAM automation.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of Access Governance and RBAC frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• IAM or security certifications such as CIAM, CISSP, or Microsoft Identity certifications.
• Experience with cloud identity management (Azure AD, AWS IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
