Description

You will support and administer enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring service continuity and security compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP environments, managing directory synchronization and policies.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity services.
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) for IAM operations and maintain documentation for workflows and configurations.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and LDAP directory services.
• Proficiency in SSO, MFA, and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance frameworks.
• Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• IAM or security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or Microsoft Identity certifications.
• Experience with cloud identity management (Azure AD / AWS IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
