You will automate support processes and enhance data visibility for the OASIS product.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements for the customer support process.
• Automate simple tasks, potentially utilizing AI or chatbot technologies.
• Enhance existing metrics and data reporting.
• Extract key data from support tickets to assist with data storytelling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or systems engineering.
• Proven ability in process improvement.
• Strong data analysis and metrics enhancement skills.
• Experience in automating repetitive manual tasks.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a role requiring immediate impact.
