Description

You design, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise infrastructure, focusing on reliability and operational efficiency through modern DevOps practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to provision, monitor, and configure infrastructure systems.
• Design and implement system integrations across distributed environments, including Kubernetes clusters and hypervisor platforms.
• Maintain Linux and Windows virtual machines, storage, and network infrastructure while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks while defining engineering standards and conducting code reviews.
• Support incident resolution, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure automation within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript for automation and scripting tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration, including iptables, bind, and core services.
• Experience managing Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in production settings.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab CI.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenStack) and Puppet/Chef.
• Experience in telecom or large service provider environments.
