Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of video controller systems, including channel lineups, entitlements, and signal flows across distributed environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and enhance signal flow across distributed video and controller environments.
• Develop system integrations connecting controllers, OSS platforms, and downstream devices.
• Maintain backend services, automation, and tooling to support video operations.
• Conduct technical design sessions and troubleshoot complex system reliability issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, video operations, or telecom.
• Deep understanding of video signal flow and distributed system architectures.
• Proficiency with IP-based video environments and distributed service architectures.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: DNS, DHCP, HTTP, TLS, SSH.
• Experience with Linux systems administration.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with OSS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
• Background in telecom environments.
