Description

Build and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business requirements and scaling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions using Web Services and APIs within the SFDC ecosystem.
• Develop applications using Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and JavaScript.
• Perform technical analysis, design, implementation, and level-of-effort estimation for system customizations.
• Enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications through iterative release cycles in a cross-functional Scrum team.
• Troubleshoot defects, manage production issues, and perform system maintenance including environment refreshes and data integration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in systems engineering or development.
• Proficiency with Force.com and the SFDC ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Visualforce development.
• Strong development skills in Java, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and Web Services.
• Ability to perform technical analysis and system design.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment.
