Description

You will develop and conduct automated and manual test procedures to validate military GPS-based systems, ensuring rigorous verification and validation standards. This role requires on-site collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop system and subsystem requirements by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts for design and integration.
• Organize and execute test procedures to validate GPS-based systems during customer test events.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems to ensure system reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to provide daily status updates and resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, switches, and routers.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of basic electronic circuitry and software scripting.
• Strong background in systems integration, verification, and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued SECRET security clearance.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and requirements.
