Description

You will design, prototype, and build custom capture systems and supporting hardware while providing technical support for data collection sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug capture rigs, network issues, and pipeline failures at data collection sites.
• Bring up new studies by configuring capture systems, setting up protocols, and validating end-to-end data flow.
• Test new hardware and qualify it for production use.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate moderator and operations workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and general software development skills.
• PCB design experience, including schematic capture and layout.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Linux command-line tools.
• 2-3 years of hardware and software experience.
• Ability to work independently across hardware and software domains.
• Strong debugging instincts and willingness to travel between sites.
