Description

You will manage and scale infrastructure operations through automation and deep technical analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure efficiency by designing automated server monitoring and self-repair management solutions.
• Resolve complex technical issues by identifying root causes and failure patterns to implement long-term automated fixes.
• Develop operational workflows and metrics to demonstrate performance and improve efficiency.
• Implement repeatable, simple solutions for server, operating system, and network scaling.
• Maintain rigorous standards for documentation, testing, security, and resource management.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of experience in Oracle Application Development, SQL, PL/SQL, and Performance Tuning.
• 5-6 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL).
• In-depth experience deploying and operating Linux or UNIX variants in datacenter environments.
• Proficiency in automation using Perl, Python, or shell scripting.
• Strong system troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of internet protocols including Ethernet, ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SSL, DNS, and HTTP.
• Experience building SQL queries and implementing security best practices in server configuration and access controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
• Knowledge of C, C++, or Java.
• Experience with VCS such as git, mercurial, or svn.
