Description

You will manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of custom applications and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and configure custom applications in collaboration with developers and business units.
• Design and develop scripts to automate operational tasks, maintenance, and business processes.
• Monitor and fine-tune application infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Develop and refine recovery procedures and support documentation for application operations.
• Provide technical support for contingency planning and participate in a weekly 24/7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or middleware administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments, preferably RedHat.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with middleware administration including WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP concepts, and user/group design.
• Experience with IDaaS providers such as Okta.
• Understanding of application, middleware, and database connectivity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Splunk and Change Management standards.
• Familiarity with application programming languages and web technologies.
