Description

You will provide technical support and system optimization for CommandCentral AWARE and its connected interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consulting for the CommandCentral AWARE system and its interfaces.
• Run system diagnostics, performance checks, and root-cause analyses to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with customer vendors to connect data points within CommandCentral AWARE setups.
• Develop strategies to enhance workflows, procedures, and operational performance.
• Integrate various data inputs and assist with inter-jurisdictional data sharing.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in computer science, networking, engineering, or IT system maintenance.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, MS SQL, and Linux Server.
• Experience with virtualization software and enterprise hardware/software solutions.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, routers, and API connections.
• Familiarity with IP Video Surveillance, ONVIF, RTSP, H.264, and VMS software.
• Experience with Client Command Central AWARE and GIS applications.
• Knowledge of public safety applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as CISSP or MCSA/MCSE.
