Description

Provide systems engineering leadership to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of assigned systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead AGV workstreams, including tactical projects, operational systems, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and deploy technical standards.
• Initiate and facilitate Solution Architecture Design (SAD) meetings for hardware, software, and networking prerequisites.
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Analyze business requirements to develop solution architecture designs in partnership with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Docker.
• Experience with cloud technologies and scalable systems design.
• Hands-on coding, command line, and scripting experience.
• Practical knowledge of networking and network infrastructure.
• Experience using enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog to diagnose system issues.
• Proven ability to work within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to various facilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AGV robots, systems, and automotive manufacturing processes.
• Exposure to industrial networking, including PLC, control systems, and Siemens WiFi cards.
• Cisco device knowledge, CCNA, and experience with LAN and WiFi.
