Description

You will own the design, implementation, and operationalization of the national Mac ecosystem and Carousel digital signage environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain enterprise JAMF Pro and Carousel administration, configuration, and maintenance.
• Develop Mac deployment automation architecture and package macOS applications for distribution via JAMF Pro.
• Manage the Mac fleet lifecycle, including OS patching, upgrades, third-party applications, and identity management.
• Solve operational incidents for JAMF Pro managed devices and macOS services across national teams.
• Create technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles regarding macOS, JAMF Pro, and Carousel.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using JAMF Pro or other MDM.
• JAMF 200 Certification or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of JAMF Pro server policies and configuration profiles.
• Expertise in macOS provisioning using Automated Enrollment and DEP.
• Experience integrating Cloud identity providers with macOS and iOS systems.
• Familiarity with recent macOS releases, features, and patching requirements.
• Ability to use tools for the deconstruction and rebuilding of installer packages.
• Experience working with third-party engineering support from Apple, JAMF, and security vendors.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to obtain JAMF 300 Certification within one year.
