Description

You manage VoIP telecommunications, mobile device management, and dial plans, ensuring reliable internal communications and telecom infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze call trees and call center configurations for internal communications.
• Configure, test, validate, administer, support, monitor, and maintain telecom infrastructure.
• Manage agency telecommunications data and automate processes to ensure redundancy.
• Develop process documentation and provide knowledge transfer to staff.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in telecom communications provider services support and vendor management (e.g., US Cellular, Lumen).
• 5+ years of experience provisioning a PBX.
• 8+ years of experience in telecom communications asset management and billing reconciliation.
• 8+ years of experience managing Call Center software and distributing VoIP phone numbers.
• Strong experience with VoIP communications, telephony configuration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with routing protocols within WAN and LAN environments.
• Experience with Cisco Unity Connection and Manager.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based project planning and system administration.
