Description

You will bridge business needs with information technology by coordinating Business Analyst activities and optimizing system delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Business Analyst activities to ensure focused delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Act as the point of contact for the Head of Delivery to investigate systems and identify improvements.
• Analyze complex requests by breaking problems into sub-components and evaluating costs, benefits, and risks.
• Prepare Project Initiation Documents focusing on broad business outcomes and quality measures.
• Manage the Business Analyst pool by enforcing training and assigning tasks based on individual strengths.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in systems or business analysis coordination.
• Strong understanding of operating systems principles and objectives.
• Ability to manage stakeholder alignment and communicate issues promptly.
• Experience breaking down articulated problems into logical, systematic components.
• Proficiency in coordinating Business Analysts and managing team competencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.
