Description

You will own the operational management and expansion of the organization's Slack infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage additional Slack instances and support migration to the main workspace.
• Ensure security protocols and manage access across Slack environments.
• Oversee the daily operation of one or two Slack instances.
• Create and deploy custom Slack applications.
• Provide user support throughout the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Slack APIs and practical utilization.
• Proficiency in token management and app permission control.
• Experience migrating Slack apps and configurations.
• Familiarity with guest account security and enterprise-level access controls.
• Experience with Slack Administration, including Enterprise Grid and Business Pro+ environments.
• Understanding of general Slack administration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Working understanding of Slack apps and APIs.
• Experience with custom app creation and deployment on Slack.
