Description

Manage application servers, IIS configurations, and SaaS vendor relationships for retail store environments. Own the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support application servers and manage IIS web server configurations.
• Maintain SFTP and file share server infrastructure.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot networking issues and coordinate with SaaS vendors.
• Document system processes and maintain SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration.
• Experience managing MSSQL and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency with Azure services including ASR, IaaS, and Azure SQL.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Practical experience with CI/CD workflows.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Foundational networking knowledge for troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a retail store environment.
