Description

You provide end-to-end technical leadership for enterprise HPC platforms supporting engineering, simulation, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Linux-based HPC systems using Slurm, PBS, or LSF schedulers.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code automation with Ansible and Terraform.
• Optimize high-speed networking (InfiniBand) and parallel distributed storage systems.
• Conduct capacity planning, cost modeling, and trade-off analysis for technology investments.
• Support executive decision-making by aligning HPC strategy with business priorities and GPU-accelerated workloads.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or HPC operations.
• Deep expertise in Linux systems administration and automation.
• Hands-on experience with HPC schedulers (Slurm, PBS, LSF).
• Knowledge of high-speed networking protocols including InfiniBand.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Strong analytical skills for capacity planning and cost modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud and hybrid HPC strategies.
• Participation in architecture governance or enterprise standards bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
