Description

You will design, implement, and manage global hybrid workforce collaboration experiences using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement collaboration solutions including Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, and Surface Hub.
• Deploy and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Maintain proactive monitoring platforms such as Microsoft Teams Pro Management, Teams Admin, Logitech Sync, and XIO cloud.
• Act as the technical liaison between vendor engineering resources and the IT department to manage escalations.
• Analyze collaboration tool usage patterns through metrics dashboards and provide reporting on service health and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems engineering or administration experience with SaaS-based collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on experience within the last 3 years with enterprise video conferencing (Microsoft 365/Teams) and audio/visual technologies.
• Direct experience managing Microsoft Teams, Exchange, and Microsoft Intune in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Technical expertise in unified communications and telephony solutions.
• Proven ability to manage risk, quality assurance oversight, and review processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to react quickly in triage situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating technical documentation to drive end-user adoption and standardize procedures.
