Description

You will own the data center asset lifecycle, managing systems from racking and provisioning to decommissioning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer DCIM systems and IT asset management platforms to track the full data center asset lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and workflows for rack deployment, infrastructure onboarding, and asset readiness.
• Build internal tools, scripts, reports, and dashboards to monitor data center status, milestones, and capacity.
• Integrate build-out and commissioning workflows with ongoing operational systems and partner with Security/Compliance for audit readiness.
• Support global or multi-site environments with strong knowledge of power, cooling, and structured cabling infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data center systems, infrastructure operations, or IT systems automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM or asset management platforms such as Sunbird, Nlyte, or Netbox.
• Proven ability to build custom apps, APIs, and scripts using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of data center workflows, including rack deployment, provisioning, and asset tracking.
• Familiarity with data center build-out workflows, commissioning milestones, and asset handoff processes.
• Understanding of audit and compliance requirements for infrastructure traceability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Procore, Primavera, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Prior experience integrating construction systems with operational DCIM platforms.
