Description

Implement infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on security, automation, and environment maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy software to servers and workstations using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and SCCM.
• Maintain VMware infrastructure, including patching, version upgrades, and building virtual machine templates.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 implementations, policies, and Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Monitor physical and virtual infrastructure, resolve incidents, and handle escalated tickets.
• Automate processes to reduce human error and increase productivity through scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Expert level SCCM knowledge, including OS image creation, patch management, and application deployment.
• Hybrid Azure and Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) co-management buildout.
• Azure AD and Active Directory management (GPO, Sites and Services, DHCP, DNS, IIS).
• VMware ESXi and vSphere management.
• Data center technologies including Cisco UCS, Cohesity, and Pure Storage.
• Exchange Hybrid and Office 365 advanced troubleshooting.
• Microsoft SQL Server installation and administration.

Preferred Skills

• JAMF Administration, Linux Administration (RHEL/Ansible), or AWS experience.
• Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM tools.
