Description

You will administer and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms, automation workflows, and business process management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions, and complex workflows.
• Manage Slack workspace administration, channel strategy, user lifecycle, and security policy enforcement.
• Provide support and maintenance for the Bonita BPM platform to ensure effective business process automation.
• Develop custom scripts in Groovy and Python to extend Jira functionality and automate system tasks.
• Design and manage complex Slack integrations using APIs and bot frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Jira, Confluence, and Slack in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting (or Java) for Jira customizations.
• Strong programming skills in Python for automation and system integration.
• Experience with Linux OS administration, scripting, and backend database management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide L1/L2 technical support for collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and webhook integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO/SAML) and directory services like Active Directory.
• Practical experience utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI).
