Description

You will provide Tier 2/3 support for production applications, platforms, and infrastructure, ensuring operational stability and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot infrastructure, platform, and application issues.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Execute system patching, upgrades, maintenance, and post-implementation validation.
• Support application deployments, release management, and IaC automation initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and perform system health checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, container technologies, and virtualization.
• Proficiency in administering Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring platforms and ITIL processes.
