Description

You will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for managed services customers, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer cadence meetings and act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise solutions.
• Build, deploy, manage, and monitor infrastructure using RMM tool stacks, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Administer backup solutions and perform regular upgrades to maintain customer uptime and redundancy.
• Troubleshoot escalated tickets to meet SLOs, manage change controls, and support incident response.
• Document customer environments, create knowledge-base articles, and monitor application performance for bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of systems engineering experience with private/public cloud technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, Azure).
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and experience with RMM tools such as ConnectWise Automate.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting virtual-based environments.
• Solid networking knowledge and ability to identify potential performance issues.
• Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL v3 or v4 processes.
• One of the following certifications: CCA-V, NCP-MCI, AZ-104, AZ-800/801, or VCP (or ability to attain within 90 days).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Strong customer relationship management and prioritization skills.
