Description

You will apply systems engineering methodologies to the development and architecture of complex hardware-integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute systems engineering planning at the project level.
• Architect complex systems that involve hardware components.
• Lead technical teams and navigate organizational roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Apply systems engineering methodologies such as ISO15288 to development lifecycles.
• Maintain technical documentation using revision control tools like Git or Wikis.

Required Skills

• 5 to 22 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience developing complex systems using ISO15288 or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to architect complex systems involving hardware.
• Proficiency with systems modelling toolsets (MBSE).
• Experience with documentation and revision control (Git, Wiki, etc.).
• Strong technical leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical subjects clearly in writing and speech.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited technical Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.
• Experience in resource industries or aligned sectors.
• Familiarity operating in SAFe environments.
