Description

You will lead technical execution, risk management, and requirements management for new product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer flow-down requirements and perform feasibility assessments to develop technical solutions, architectures, and test strategies.
• Author system documentation including Interface Control Documents, Hardware Requirements Specifications, PBA Design Specifications, and DO-178/DO-254 compliant test plans and procedures.
• Design and execute test cases and scripts for software, system, and complex electronic hardware verification.
• Develop and maintain automated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation, Desktop Simulation (DTS), and Monte Carlo test frameworks.
• Manage technical baselines, project schedules, stakeholder needs, and development estimates for proposals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• Expertise in HWIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) simulation frameworks.
• Experience with PBA (Printed Board Assembly) design specifications.
• Proficiency in product development and technical risk management.
• Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254 certification requirements and compliance.
• Ability to develop covariance analysis tests and Kalman Filter measurement designs.
• Experience with Hardware Verification Test Plans and Software Test Procedures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
