Description

You will manage and maintain core IT infrastructure systems and serve as the escalation contact for hardware and software issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated support requests via the global helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to architect and develop the ongoing success of data center infrastructure.
• Evaluate, analyze, and report weekly statistics on ticket levels, support incidents, and resource utilization.
• Educate business units on IT systems best practices, lifecycle management, and preventative maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows technical support and TCP/IP Networking environments.
• Minimum 3 years working with Microsoft Technologies and Hyper-V or VMware virtualization.
• Proven experience in Systems Administration within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in managing Infrastructure Management tasks.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with TCP/IP Networking principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in global IT infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of network planning and product selection capabilities.
