Description

You will own IT infrastructure support and remediation for Cybersecurity Incident Response, ensuring system integrity and rapid recovery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remediate and rebuild operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, domain controllers, and email systems.
• Deploy Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions and eliminate persistent malware or ransomware traces.
• Perform log collection, create system forensic images, and triage script datasets for analysis.
• Build, patch, and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, including rack, blade, and virtual server environments.
• Manage network infrastructure, server design, hardware maintenance, and user accounts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related infrastructure roles.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization infrastructure using Hyper-V or VMware.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of network routing and switching with Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Dell, or Palo Alto hardware.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAN and NAS storage.
• Ability to travel as required for the position.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server backup processes and specialized software installation.
